Recently, Leggett concluded an arrangement with Frank Ruffolo, one of the senior executives and a prior owner of Wilson Display, to have him reacquire ownership. Leggett felt that local ownership of this Canadian facility would better meet the needs of Canadian retailers. But, while ownership of the facility may have changed, little else has.

Wilson Display remains an important component of Leggett’s offering to the market. In fact, Leggett will continue to leverage Wilson Display’s capabilities to produce standard and specialty gondola and shelving systems, pharmacy systems, metal and wood slatwall and pegboard, and specialty sheet metal, wire and tubular merchandising systems.

And, of course, Leggett will still bring
Wilson Display our vast global design, manufacturing, distribution and service resources. We think it’s a win-win-win situation for Wilson Display, Leggett, and, most of all, our customers.
